Our 60‑day guarantee lets you test RarePet risk‑free on eligible products. If you don’t see clear results after regular use of your dental kit, email help@rarepet.co within 60 days of delivery to start a return.
Because dental hygiene is critical and we care about keeping every product safe and sanitary, we enforce strict standards: returns must be requested within 60 days, and items must be unopened, unused, and in their original sealed packaging (plastic seal intact). Returns that don’t meet these conditions may be declined.
Non‑returnable items
Perishable goods (food, treats), opened toothpaste, and any consumable product that’s been used or unsealed cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
Partial refunds
If an item is returned opened or used, you may still qualify for a partial refund after our team verifies usage and lack of results.
How to return
Email help@rarepet.co with your order number and proof of usage (photos/videos). We’ll send you a return authorization and instructions. Ship the item back at your expense, RarePet does not provide return labels or cover return shipping costs. Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you and process any approved refund to your original payment method. Please keep proof of shipment until your refund is confirmed.
To make a return, you must present us with a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.
Order cancellation
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours, we’re unable to cancel and the standard return policy applies.
When there is a delay in delivery, the carrier or your local distribution office should be contacted. We cannot intervene in their traffic and their order logistics systems.
Refunds in case of late delivery:
No refund can take place if the product has been shipped, if you wish to be refunded, you must wait to receive the item and then return it to us.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will email you to confirm that we have received it. We will also notify you of our decision to approve or reject your refund request.
If your request is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain number of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven't received your refund yet, please check your bank account again first.
Next, contact your credit card issuer, as there may be a delay before your refund is officially posted.
Then contact your bank. There is often some processing time required before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace an item if it is defective or damaged. If in this case you wish to exchange it for the same article, send us an e-mail to Help@rarepet.co
Gifts
If the returned item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of your return. Once we have received the returned item, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping costs will be deducted from it.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive your exchanged product may vary.
If you are shipping an item worth more than £75, you should consider using a delivery service that allows you to track the shipment or purchase delivery insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive the item you return to us.
